Begin each day with the story of a saint: from the TCT archives
To incorporate the lives of the saints into my students’ everyday lives, I start each morning with the “role model of the day.” I read a short story about the life of the saint of the day; if there is none, I choose one from the summer months.
Students talk about how that saint could be a role model in today’s world. It’s a great way to get students to evaluate what it really means to be a role model.
