A way to reinforce basic math facts, from the TCT archives

Some multiplication facts seem very difficult for students to memorize. To assist them, I designate a day on which they will concentrate on facts giving them the most difficulty.

Each student is assigned a difficult multiplication fact and its product. Throughout the day each student will have the fact taped on his or her front and the product on the back. I call on students either by their fact or its product throughout the day.

The results are amazing!
