Great Ideas: Holy Walking

Pray along the way!

From the TCT archives: A way to use travel time wisely.

To show our love for Mary, especially during May and October, we hold mini-processions to the beautiful Mary shrine in our first-floor hall. En route, I play Mary hymns on the tape recorder while the children listen or sing along. Their favorite is “Holy Walking.” At the shrine, we pray a decade of the Rosary and sing a Mary hymn. There we have pictures of her under different titles, along wtih a photo of police officers killed in the line of duty for whom we also pray.
