Great Ideas for Catholic Schools Week: Tasteful “Thank You”

A fun way for students to thank their parents for investing in Catholic education

From the TCT archives: a Great Idea for Catholic Schools Week

As a thank-you to parents and others who support our school, we purchased a large box of fortune cookies and bagged the inside food handlers’ plastic gloves. Each glove became a bag, which we tied with a piece of yarn. We attached a tag with the words: “Thanks for giving us a hand! We are fortunate to have you at St. Peter School.” The goody bags are distributed to parents on the opening day of Catholic Schools Week.
