From the TCT archives: encourage kindness among students
To encourage and recognize activities that provide “dividends” for our community, we have placed a large three-ring binder/recognition book on a podium at the office front door. Teachers, parents, and school volunteers list names of students and the activity/kindness they performed.
At a morning assembly each trimester, we thank those whose actions are listed, and the entire school community applauds their dividends of friendship and helpfulness.
