Inspire your students to be lifelong readers of the Catholic press.
From the TCT archives: Using Catholic newspapers in the classroom.
Each teacher in our school receives a copy of our weekly diocesan newspaper, courtesy of the diocesan office. Middle and junior-high teachers use the paper during religion classes as a springboard for discussion and writing activities about current Church topics. Primary teachers use the articles, puzzles, and Scripture stories. Kindergarten teachers use pictures to spark students’ interest in our diocese. Our goal is to make students lifelong readers of the Catholic press.
