From the TCT archives: encouraging leadership qualities
As the year begins, ten monthly attributes, or qualities of leadership, that eighth graders might emulate are chosen. The monthly attribute is posted in the classroom and on the class web page. Its meaning is discussed in class, while at prayer students share how they have practiced the attribute or witnessed it in others.
The attributes include optimism, initiative, integrity, compassion, respect, inclusiveness, responsibility, courage, honesty, and perseverance.
