From the TCT archives: celebrate the saints with a special parade.

Every November 1, my second graders have an “All Saints Day Parade” for their parents and the other students.

Dressed as their favorite saints, they parade through the schoolyard to the song “When the Saints Go Marching In.”

Each student has researched his or her saint, so after the parade students read their projects to parents and the other students in a special indoor assembly.
