In sixth-grade library class, the students each select one Old Testament story, read it, and retell it. They draw pictures to illustrate their paraphrased versions, and the pictures are scanned in the computer lab. Then our technology teacher demonstrates how to make a photo story using the illustrations and voice recordings. Later, the students make the photo stories into movies and share them with their first-grade prayer partners on an iPad or Chromebook. The stories are saved on the school’s website for all to enjoy.
